PCHRD Scholars’ Society (PSS) Logo and Brand Kit Making Contest

The PCHRD Scholars’ Society (PSS), established in 2007, represents a community of graduate scholars supported by the Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD) aimed at assisting PCHRD in the fulfillment of its mission to create and sustain an enabling environment for health research in the country.

As the PSS marks its 18th year—symbolizing its “coming of age” as a maturing and unifying body of health research scholars—it is both timely and meaningful to establish a lasting visual identity. The Society has grown into a national network of graduate scholars who are shaping the future of Philippine health research and development. In this significant milestone, a logo that embodies the values, aspirations, and collective vision of the Society becomes essential.

The winning logo will become an enduring emblem of the society’s identity and purpose and will be used in all future communications and engagements.

OBJECTIVES
The primary purpose of the PSS Logo and Brand Kit Making contest are:

  • To create a distinct and meaningful logo that embodies the objectives and identity of the PCHRD Scholars Society;
  • To encourage a sense of ownership, unity, and creativity among PCHRD scholars;
  • To promote engagement and participation in the Society’s activities; and
  • To recognize artistic talents within the scholar’s community.
