PNHRS Best Health Research Mentor Award In 2008, the PNHRS Committee on Capacity Building launched this bi-annual search which recognizes and rewards vital contributions of mentors in health research. Awards are given to four regional winners from Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and National Capital Region and one national winner.
